What is Living Fit you ask? Well, every week, I’ll be posting a new workout movement or stretch that targets a certain area with pictures and explanations. And then at the end of each post, I’ll post a bonus workout that incorporates these movements. The goal of this series is to share a workout movement or stretch that can be done at any level (even super, super beginners), AND can be done anywhere, anytime, with little-to-no equipment.
